This is conviction-driven. After the call and your internal review, we either proceed to definitive documents or we do not proceed. Access to protected materials begins only upon execution of an agreement with clear economic remedies for misuse.

VALIDATION

If external confirmation is required, we arrange independent expert attestation through the confidentiality process and at your expense. The objective is to confirm that the edge is real, material, and not replicable without our participation. No know-how transfers before contract.

STRUCTURE

We co-design a single arrangement that fits your platform. It can sit as a ring-fenced partner program inside your existing vehicle or an equivalent structure under your governance. You hold capital, execution, and compliance. We bring founder-level science translation and portfolio support.

The thesis is expressed through a managed basket of public equities.

This basket can also be structured as a product, allowing prime brokers or institutional partners to integrate it directly into their own systems. The composition is actively monitored, refreshed as evidence and conditions evolve, and supported with ongoing guidance on positioning and adjustments.

ECONOMICS

Alignment first. Upfront fees are not required where sponsor, governance, and fit are in place. Economics can include participation and carry. For structured products, alternatives include licensing linked to turnover or notional exposure. If a retainer improves coordination it is modest and creditable to future fees.

GOVERNANCE AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Clean governance and reporting. Confidentiality protects both sides and preserves the edge. Remedies are explicit in the agreement.
